Leaders who prepare for and chart through a purposeful course of action arrive with their followers at the desired destination.

The navigation attribute is having a vision of the intended destination plus the direction to get there. Having a vision is a quality of the inner strength of a leader and the path that the leader follows in the life journey is often influenced by internal and external factors. The organizational culture and climate collectively combine to make an organization unique through the diversity of employees' characteristics, values, needs, attitudes, and expectations. How does a leader-servant navigate and negotiate his actions through the organization and people he serves, individually or collectively, to finish or arrive at his purpose? How do you prepare your followers to finish strong or arrive at their destinations? This course explores answers to these and other questions and how a leader's inner strength capacity can empower him to navigate the cultural bridges to influence the desired change in others in their personal and professional needs and attitudes.
