The art of the interview... its principles and methods

Dr. Annette Garrett believes that interviewing is an art, as it occupies a part of the life of every individual in society. Sometimes it is the future and sometimes it is the future. There are individuals, by the nature of their work, who spend a long time performing their work in interviews. The employee at the information desk devotes all his working hours to short interviews, while lawyers, doctors, nurses, journalists, policemen, and clergy all devote a significant portion of their time to talking to people, obtaining information, advising them, or helping them. They are all at a different level of skill in the art of interviewing. Sometimes they work to acquire it, but it is usually acquired with practice. The encounter occurs between people whose individuality cannot be subject to specific laws. Certainly, there are certain psychological characteristics that distinguish most people most of their time.
