This book is a collection of my life experiences, thoughts and feelings, as I faced a multitude of situations. These trying experiences have universally formed and chiseled my attitudes, beliefs and values. They have made me who I am, good, bad or indifferent.Sweat or perspiration often happens during extreme physical or mental challenges; it is our bodys way of combating rising temperatures or heat.
