Sun Nets

SUN NETS, Mark Fogarty's new book of poetry from White Chickens Press, contains about two dozen short poems, some rhymed, some not, all evocative, all catching light to illuminate things and situations. His fourth poetry book follows closely the themes of the first three: truth versus lies, the dark matter of the universe, the webs of a basketball cover, Nathaniel Hawthorne, the Clutter family of Kansas, the doomed and talented Minnie Riperton, and the great grandson of poet Joyce Kilmer.
