The eldritch, grim seller Relles will provide you with whimsical items you can use to defend yourself against entities. Through USD, you will be able to buy items from him. Each item you buy has a downside and an upside: active and passive effects which affect the narrative. Didn't really think this was a trusty seller, eh? No, son.
