Studies on Applied Linguistics

This book by Prof. Tian Xiaolin will be published. I read the contents first and then the whole book. Tian is in Hong Kong in these years. I often go to Hong Kong and she often come back to mainland. I listened and read most of her lectures presented in various occasions and articles published. But I feel differently when these achievements were arranged and compiled into one book comparing with listening and reading separately. I could learn at a time what issues she is thinking, what problems she wants to solve and how to solve and what degree to solve in these years. Generally speaking she has worked hard on applied linguistics and made great efforts and had a lot of excellent achievements. The gathered achievements enlightened me and aroused me a lot of feelings.
