Studies in Symbolic Interaction

This volume emphasizes interpretive interactionist work on race, media, culture and identity. Experimental, autoethnographic performance texts are privileged, as are recent theoretical developments in symbolic interaction theory involving critical humanism, pragmatic theories of power and the layered bureaucracy.
