Scorpio is a international terrorist who is near death do to an acquired Std. Richard Thomas, an American, is a lonley thirty two year old engineer who has no faith in God or religion. After receiving a free trip to Israel, he tours there and buys antiquities that unknowingly give him the ability to miraculously heal anyone. While still in Israel, his invilid neice is mortally wounded by Scorpio. Richard blames God and prodeeds to berate and insult Him on the summit of Mount of Olives. After performing several miracles back home, Richard becomes hunted for his healing powers. He is hunted by Scorpio, Mr.F., an international wine manufacturer, the President, The State of Israel, the Pope, Father Goodman, and others. He is espically wanted by God. All who seek Richard have one thing in common, The Stolen Waters of Bethesda.
