God can change you.

Do you believe that? Do you really believe that? Can God truly transform those pesky difficult-to-ditch, destructive habits?

Like all of us, you may have more than one "personality quirk" that could use some transforming, but this book was written for those who struggle with physical discipline. God can change you. The "I can''t do this" mindset is your old nature clinging to control. 2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us the old has passed away, behold, the new has come. And that means unhealthy and unhelpful thoughts, attitudes, and habits. "But," you say, "I''ve tried and I can''t." You''re right about that, but here''s the good news: God can. He will give you a new heart with new affections. All things - even physical transformation - are possible through Christ.
