Sonnets In Perilous Times

Of all the poetic forms, the sonnet continues to thrive where others have fallen out of use. In "Safe Harbor," Adam calls the sonnet "...a bright lighthouse near rough seas." Those seas are getting rougher, which makes such beacons even more important in the darkness where free thought is under constant attack. This collection is a map for the mind to see the signs of "Perilous Times," and to "think well" during this period when truth again is being undermined. Informed by the light, we may yet navigate through the dangers in the darkness and defend a safe harbor for all those who seek true peace and understanding.
