<p>Originally published in 1999 <i>Social Theory and Psychoanalysis in Transition</i> is a benchmark critique of Freudian theory in which a dialogue between the Frankfurt School, the Lacanian tradition and post-Lacanian developments in critical and feminist theory is developed.
