Self-Love: You Own the Power Within

I am learning to love the journey of life and accept what is and what has been. There's nothing I can do to change the past. Life is a constant journey and we are always evolving. I love helping people along their path to self-love. As a Massage Therapist and Life Coach I get plenty of opportunity to listen to other people's stories. When you deeply love yourself, you are coming from a whole place instead of this fractured place, trying to love someone in order to fill a void inside of you. No one can treat you worse than you treat yourself.By the time I was a teenager I didn't really know what it meant to love myself. As I sought that out I found my best friend online. I ended up pregnant at eighteen. It was very difficult to navigate what we wanted to do about having a child out of wedlock. I now understand that I could only go forward with the information and knowledge that I had at the time.
