Seasoned Contentment

How does one find contentment during times of grief? Author Martha Miller-Willoughby thought the same when her first husband passed from cancer and she was learning a new life being a widow. Yet even then, God was seeking her out and brought her to a place of peace that helms her latest collection of essays, Seasoned Contentment. Raised Catholic and living in a large family, Martha found herself distancing from the God of her youth as she grew up, but it wasn't until she was handling grief after loss that she came running back to God. The essays, written by Martha for the now defunct She Magazine, capture the seasons of life and finding gratitude and hope with God during them.
