Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. I had the good or ill luck (as the case may be) to be the only member of the Committee whose way of life had led him into the perilous paths of literature so the task of compiling and editing our little book was laid on my shoulders.
