Scientific Outlook on Development and Modernization Construction in Chongqing

In 2008, the Party committee of Chongqing carried out "e;theory learning, investigation and writing"e; and continued to enrich the mind with scientific theories, to guide practice and to promote works. The Party committee becomes a strong motive in promoting the development of Chongqing and gets obvious achievement.
