Scientific and Theoretical basics for developing Communicative Competence through teaching English to students in Technical Higher Education Institutions

Scientific research is being conducted worldwide on improving the theoretical foundations of training competitive engineering personnel in the process of integration in economic, social, and spiritual spheres, as well as developing the communicative competence of future engineers through teaching foreign languages using innovative educational technologies. Globally, numerous scientific studies are being conducted to develop students' communicative competence in English through the widespread use of mobile educational technologies and multimedia electronic learning complexes in the educational process.
