School and Social Development

The concept of school administration is no longer limited to its traditional definition and role, but rather has become a broad concept, and includes educational, instructional, and school administration as a system in the form of interconnected and integrated rings, and all the components of that system and those domains within each ring are connected to each other, and serve the goals of the education system as a comprehensive, cohesive body. The modern management concept aims to enhance and develop the services provided, as the modern advanced school, with its buildings, infrastructure, frameworks, curricula, and management, is based on scientific principles that contribute to achieving the set goals and directing the work in the institution (i.e., the school) towards the correct destination, taking into account all comprehensive quality standards, their applications, and safety conditions, so that the work is carried out in the proper and correct manner, and the safety and growth of the individual is guaranteed, both physically and intellectually.
