The story is about an individual that was arrested and sentence to 25 years in prison. This person received the sentence because he did not have funds to hire an attorney. The court appointed attorney belong to a organization that paid funds for longer sentences. During the court proceeding a private eye decides to help the parents of the individual. After investigating the case they uncover the income for prison con. The con includes all phases of the legal system from "e;DA's"e; to Judges, Congress and Prison official's. They discover that Private Prisons have taken over the legal and political systems. When feeling threaten by the investigation private prison official decides to retaliated with force. Not knowing who they were up against the Ghost Detective agency defend themselves with greater force.
