Questions & Answers in Advocacy is an SQE2 revision guide, helping you to prepare for the SQE2 Advocacy assessment by practising questions in the style of actual SQE2 assessments. It shows how you will be assessed at SQE2, and contains eight questions with answers across civil and criminal settings. Each question is followed by two answers: one likely to satisfy the assessment criteria, and one that does not. You will be able to have a go at answering each question for yourself, and then you'll be able to compare your answer with those provided, using the commentaries to help you improve your performance.
