Rev. Dr. "Twinkle" Marie Manning, D.D. is an ordained interfaith minister, retreat leader, poet and liturgist. She has offered retreat leadership and workshop facilitation for many years. She is currently serving as the contract minister for the Universalist Unitarian Congregation in Waterville, Maine and offers retreat facilitation, pulpit supply and public speaking nationally and internationally.

Twinkle is also a semi-retired media professional, award-winning television producer, author, artist and poet.

She is the Founder of TV for Your Soul and the Empowering Women Signature Series.
