Responsibility of the State

The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether we are facing a new configuration of State Responsibility, when the effectiveness of access to adequate housing as an economic and social human right is demanded.For this purpose, the decisions of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation -CSJN- in Argentina and the responsibilities assumed before the International Human Rights System are taken into account.
