Resister a la Justice: Xiie-Xviiie Siecles

In light of recent historiography and the "resistance analysis" produced by the social sciences, it is now possible not only to study the place of resistance in judicial history, in the manner of Foucault, but also to study it through resistance, in terms of practices and moving beyond the opposition between obeying and resisting.
