Rational use of pastures and fodder preparation technologies

The book considers the environmental problems of pasture areas of the arid zone, desert and semi-desert pastures of Uzbekistan as a source of fodder in karakul sheep breeding, conditions of feeding and keeping karakul sheep in arid areas, and the current state of karakul sheep breeding and technical means for mechanization of technological processes. Technological methods and technical characteristics for preparing desert roughage, fodder blocks, pelleted fodder and their use in karakul sheep breeding are given.
