Rainbow Rain

Told in a rhyming format, Rainbow Rain tells the story of a rainbow who has fallen from the sky to protect herself from the rising fumes that are causing her to overheat and fade away. Rainbow Rain has amagical yet serious spin on the importance of protecting our planet from global warming. The story begins with Billy, a rainbow chaser, who becomes increasingly troubled by his missing rainbow and so turns to his friend, Meg, for answers. Megs child-friendly explanation of global warming, pollution and recycling is accompanied by the dreamy and sometimes humorous illustrations of Laurie Heng.
