The book is not just for entrepreneurs and business owners, but for anyone who wants to become a better leader in their workplace and even in their family and societal life. The book incorporates the 12 Principles of Success introduced in What Managers Don't Know, aligning where appropriate with concepts and practical strategies to help improve leadership skills, and adds several new distinctions and examples from the real world, but is written in a down to earth, jargon-free style that also draws upon the author's own experiences, both good and bad, to explain some of the thinking discussed within it.
