Quality has become one of the most important principles of management at the present time. In the past, management believed that the company''s success meant manufacturing products and providing services faster and cheaper, then seeking to sell them in the markets, and providing services for those products after selling them in order to fix the defects that appeared in them.Quality principles have changed this old concept and replaced it, as Feigonbaum, president of the International Academy of Quality, says, with another concept: "Making products better is the best way to make them faster and cheaper."The means of achieving quality have evolved into adopting modern methods that support the correct intellectual methods and trends to influence the product, enabling it to avoid defects affecting quality and bring the product to a maximum degree of perfection.
