Enterprise strategic decision-making has the characteristics of high uncertainty of decision-making situation, diversity and dynamic of decision-making objectives, etc., which determines that psychological factors play an extremely important role in entrepreneurial decision-making. This book describes and corroborates the existence of Chinese entrepreneurs' decision-making psychological anchor, analyzes its internal structure, and demonstrates its operation mechanism, in order to discover the psychological laws of entrepreneurs' decision-making, and provide ideas for more entrepreneurs to build adaptive decision-making psychological standards. It can be used as a reference book for business managers.
