The purpose of this paper is to present a study of the reading process, from an intratextual and dialogical approach, based on Ducrot's (1987) conception of subjects of enunciation, the perspective of these subjects of enunciation in the formation of discourse in Orlandi (1988), and Koch (2006), who justifies reading as a consequence of intentions elaborated by the producer of the text. These scholars seek to show that the text is made up of various subjects who dialog with each other and give rise to meaning. This dialog takes place between "I" and "you", "you" and "he" and "he" and "you", which are in fact the disseminations that the text achieves through the placements of an author subject. This study also contributes to language studies, as it proposes a world that is not described, but constructed by the subjects in an evaluative, reflective and interactive relationship. This mediation can only be achieved through language, which makes it possible because subjects seek to understand; they need meanings.
