Neither Zachary nor Susanna had ever loved anyone else from the time they were babies. They were each the other''s first date and first kiss and first sexual experience. They''d never even considered the possibility that they might not marry. Until Susanna got the email from Zachary breaking up with her.

A mutual friend reunited them and they discovered that they''d lost two years of their lives together because of someone''s prank. Now that they were together again, however, the pranks began again. At first it was low level annoyances like hang up phone calls and cancelled reservations. But over the weeks, and months, it gradually escalated until the night when Susanna''s life hung literally in the balance, and Zach was faced with the horrible possibility that he might lose her again, permanently.
