''Poems'''' - is a work by a Norwegian playwright, founder of the European «new drama», poet and publisher H. Ibsen (1828-1906). The first poems about the poet''s fate and love to the nature Ibsen wrote at the age of 19. His poetic creativity of the 1850-s - the beginning of the 1860-s he compares to a clumsy bear dancing («the Power of Recollections», 1864). Anonymous and recognized by nobody the genius creates in obscurity and darkness («the Miner», 1850). The treatise from the series of sonnets «in the Art Gallery» (1852) is full of uncertainty in his own strength and the purpose of art.the topic of the relationships between the art and the life appears heavier in the first poem «on the Heights» (1859).
