Perspectives in Business Informatics Research

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Perspectives in Business Informatics Research, BIR 2019, held in Katowice, Poland, in September 2019. This year's theme was: Responsibilities of Digitalization - Responsible designing and shaping of future technology for digital preservation, global data storage and cost-effective management.
