This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 16th TPC Technology Conference on Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking, TPCTC 2024, held in Guangzhou, China, during August 30, 2024.The 7 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 12 submissions.
