Educational institution has a strong impact on the society may be it is formal or non-formal education system and provide great knowledge to the society. The existing societies have deeply designed by the concern educational institutions and its practices. Role of the educational institution is heavy when it comes to shaping up of the society by means of preaches or practices. An Educational institution has comes with its conventional or modern methods but it has enormous effect on the society to transform it to the knowledgeable one. Teacher is considered to be the architect of the nation. Therefore, they need to acquire new knowledge, and reliable and authentic information. The current system of teacher education is working to enhance the quality and effectiveness of teacher preparation programs at the pre-service level and also through in-service programs for serving teachers throughout the country. Man existence without social set up can hardly be imagined. He is born in a society, develops in a society works, and progresses in a society. There are various factors behind the social maturity of an individual. Parents, family members, neighbors, peer group, society, etc. expect him to behave in the way acceptable to the society. Adolescents are expected more by the society in which they live. Social maturity increases as age increases for normal human beings.
