Out of the Blue

Betsy Brown always said she didn't have time for men, but then she loses her job to a business takeover. When she meets a man at a going-away party thrown by her friends, sparks fly. After a very uncharacteristic one-night stand, she assumes he is out of her life. If she isn't busy enough trying to establish a business of her own, she suddenly finds herself juggling two men: her first boyfriend, with whom she had recently reconnected via e-mail, and the man from the party who she learns had bought out the company. Jake Gunderson is attracted to Betsy the moment he sees her, and in spite of her reluctance to continue seeing him, he pursues her though he could as easily break her heart as ruin her career. Can Betsy avoid sabotaging both relationships and end her solitary lifestyle, or will fate take the decision out of her hands?
