Organizational Behaviors

This book has three parts. The first part has to do with socio-ethical perspective, the second part concerns itself with biblical lifestyles and also pointed out some negative behaviors which must be abhorred in any organization, the third part stresses on economic factors that are promoting certain organizational behaviors.The bone of contention is that every organization and the people involved should practice and exhibit civility in their relationship with others. The writer is therefore of the opinion that all organizations (Church and business organizations) should promote sound biblical lifestyles and ethical behaviors as panacea to their organization's failure.
