Yoshiwara. The 'Pleasure District' of old Edo. A place of strict rules and harsh punishments. A district of both riches and mud. Where love can be fatal and the women who work there, no matter how successful and celebrated, are effectively prisoners.Yet what happens when one of the workers of the pleasure district has the ability to transform between man and woman, a gift from a kitsune? What happens when our hero falls in love with a woman even more literally a prisoner than themself? Can one prisoner of a gilded cage free another?
