The last edition of the pamphlet on Stocking has been out of print for some months, while this issue has been delayed through the pressure of other work, and the necessity of practically rewriting the pamphlet to bring it up to date.<br><br>The first edition had to beg the whole question of modern fish-culture, the fourth edition finds artificial Stocking very generally adopted, and trout farms established in many places in England and Scotland as purely commercial ventures, thriving both fishculturally and financially.
