I joined the army in January 1968 and retired in March 2010. My military career lasted for 43 years from soldier to general. Along the way, there are countless soldiers led by me, cadres who have contacted with me and leaders who we have worked together. With the passage of time, some people gradually are forgotten while some people have a profound impact, always in the heart and unforgettable. Comrade Nie Guangjin was one of them.
