Oedipus and Thissius

World literature has always celebrated the legends of "Oedipus" and "Theos"; This is because of their position and fame in Greek literature in particular. However, the play of the French writer "André Gaid", which they dealt with, is one of the most important modern formulations that dealt with the two legends together in what is similar to the moral discussion that reflects the author''s thought; In the first, "Good" took care of the conflict between "Oedipus", that arrogant, always looking forward to the future, and the priests seeking to control religion over every small and large in the life of the Kingdom. In the second, "Good" was able to embody the "Theus" state of satisfaction with the will of destiny, who surrendered to him. The dean of Arabic literature, "Taha Hussein", has achieved the lead in translating and studying this play in Arabic, just as the West preceded themselves in combining these two legends in one book.
