The training, improvement and professional practice of medicine is, in any case, a true odyssey, a long journey in which there are many vicissitudes, the most adverse frustrations and some joys always destined to accompany the suffering. This is a fateful and endless journey but it brings knowledge and understanding. Medicine has more problems than any other activity and assumes its mistakes, its agreements and the emotional experience of life and the task lived.
