Growing up as a squatter in a tough neighborhood in Alcal de Henares and within the Jehovah's Witnesses set the limits of what Noem believed she could dream of. From childhood, she learned to obey and feel like clay in the hands of others.

But her life was destined to be broken many times: an accident that almost destroyed her, a marriage imposed by guilt, expulsion from the Witnesses that left her completely alone and estranged from her family... and the certainty that, in order to move forward, she had to find something she had never been taught: her own voice.
