No Measuring Cookbook

First let me say Ruth Scott Mackey is the originator of all recipes displayed in this book. I wanted to share with everyone these recipes made with love from memories of me and mom hanging out in the kitchen together. So, one day I decided to start taking photos of my dishes I prepared. As you turn the pages to my delicious dishes' others will see as I express my love for cooking. In this book you will not see me reference about 1 cup of this or a teaspoon of that because this is the way I was taught to cook. But, once all the ingredients and seasonings marinate together, you will discover enjoyable dishes to share with your family and friends. It is like sharing my mom's love of cooking and creating wonderful dishes with all of you.
