NO HILL FOR A STEPPER is the story of courageous people who left Scotland and Ireland for the rolling mountains of America. It follows the travels of a Scots-Irish people who band together and head west, from Pennsylvania, through North Carolina, Tennessee, Arkansas, and ultimately settle in Oklahoma. They encountered mountains in all places. A storytellers tale runs concurrent with the rolling culture of a body of people called Americans.
