Nineteenth of November

Barbara and Don were happily married for fifteen years until he died of colon cancer. Ever since his death, her heart has felt empty. But she has made an effort to move on with the help of her sister Rhoda and her work as a schoolteacher. She has slowly opened herself to new possibilities. And then she meets Sam a relatively younger man. They spend times together and love each other without committing to marriage. They are content with what they have at the moment just keeping their feelings for each other in check until Sam is lured to the unknown opportunities offered by the cold state of Alaska.
