Next Generation Creativity Survey v.3.1.2: Measuring Creative Behavior and Motivation in the Arts and Sciences

This Next Generation Creativity Survey (v.3.1.2) is an alternative form to version 3.1.1, which was published in September 2014. It is designed for use with v.3.1.1 in research designs where equated, parallel measurement instruments are needed. This NGCS v.3.1.2 (Form 2) booklet contains pre and post creativity assessment instruments that are parallel, and equated to the NGCS v.3.1.1 (Form 1) pre and post tests Please see descriptions of v.3.1.1 on the Amazon.com listing for more information. Form 2 presents the pre- and post-assessment instruments from Form 1, but in the opposite order. This may be used for validating the equivalence of open response and drawing items.
