My Thoughts on the Rain

Sometimes I wonder what I can do, who I am. Who doesn't? Sometimes these thoughts end in frustration and self-deprecation. But more and more often, a benevolent voice whispers to me: You are human. I rediscovered this voice when I moved into my van. I hear it in nature, when I learn new things or watch the clouds. Maybe I'm just good at living. It's no secret that life consists of ups and downs. It can be a healing, miraculous, albeit painful journey to climb mountains and learn to surf waves. This book is full of thoughts, feelings, experiences. Poetry that sprang from a head bursting with ideas, belonging to a wandering soul and a heart that has fallen back in love with life.
