This is the ultimately uplifting story of a young man's struggle for survival in the midst of physical and mental abuse, learning difficulties, homelessness, depression and suicidal tendencies. All of those things were thrown into his life pot along with the usual issues and relationships surrounding the coming of age, including the highs and lows of teenage love affairs.
