Moral Harassment, grounds for termination of Employment Contract

This work is aimed at workers and others who in some way have felt morally harassed due to disagreements with their employer, who uses this mechanism to force them to resign from their job voluntarily and thus avoid paying compensation for untimely dismissal, even taking advantage of the occasion to avoid paying considerable sums of money to the worker who apparently resigns freely and voluntarily from his job, as a mechanism to escape the Moral Harassment inflicted against him by the employer or those who act in his stead.
