She was in a league of her own, and she had a language of her own. Mommy was like no other, and her wisdom transcends time and space. However, I didn't always think she was so wise. In fact, I kind of thought she was crazy. If you had experienced the whippings I had as a mischievous kid, you might have thought your mom was a bit off her rocker too. But today, I smile. Her wisdom and words ring more and more true with each passing day. With that being said, there was no way I could keep it to myself.
