Moments in Time

The idea for this book began in 2010. It was my birthday and I was having breakfast with my closest friends. Alex turns to me and says, Describe your perfect day? That got me thinking. What is my perfect day? This is one of lifes big questions that I have thought about for quite a while since then. Every time I am too specific, I quickly realise how boring that day could soon become and every time I am too vague, I realise that I have no idea what my perfect day actually is. Looking back, I now know that I have had many perfect days. Each of them was a moment in time that changed my life forever. There are many big questions in life. I have selected seventy-five of them for you. To use this book, you will need some me-time, this book and a pen. There are no right or wrong answers. Some of the questions will be quick to answer and others will need a bit more thought. Enjoy the journey
